Stephen was very thorough and professional, and he has his clients’ best interest at heart. He is attentive and also has excellent written and verbal communication skills, which is something that was very important to me when I was looking for a realtor. I have had negative experiences with realtors before, but there’s absolutely no negatives that I could say about Stephen’s performance as a realtor. He goes above and beyond. I had a consultation with him at 5pm one Friday where he got a really good understanding of what I was looking for in a home, and on Saturday he had houses for me to go and view. We ended up putting an offer in on the very first property Stephen showed me, and it was accepted. He had done plenty of research before making the offer, and I ended up getting into my house with over $20k equity! He gave me excellent recommendations for an inspector and lender as well – I closed in just over 30 days! Stephen’s assistant, Aaliyah, is amazing as well. They both are very personable and responsive. I’d 100% recommend him to others to either sell or buy a home. I was a first-time homebuyer, but this won’t be the last home that Stephen sells to me or my family!
